| The irony of my last post is heart sickening... | | |
| So I decided to make my posts annually. I actually just wanted to post in support of Dr. Vernon Purdy. I finished my degree at Wheaton and am will now be adjunct teaching at a local college, and possibly working at a private high school (both being in the area of religion). I am looking forward to further study at loyola or northwestern beginning in the Spring of 2007. Big-Ups to Purdy for changing my life. | | |
| Here are some photos of my summer happenings...

| Reflection… A few days ago while driving home from a long day of work I was overwhelmed by emotion. The day had been dreary and overcast with occasional showers of cold rain, and I was tired. I was tired of exhaustion, tired of feeling, tired of not feeling, and tired of being tired. As I drove the warm orange glow of the sun shone through the clouds and lit the grey skies. Blue cracked the scene of my dash as the world opened. As I drove east I had a first. Purple, yellow, blue, and orange existing in a perfect arc exposed the emptiness of my soul. I pulled over and stepped out into the thick evening air and just stared at my rainbow. As I gazed my thoughts were not inhabited by the Genesis narrative, midrash, or promise, but instead they were captivated by life and death. That evening I knew time. It was my first time to ever see a complete rainbow. | | |
| I feel like I should respond to those who posted on my previous entry, however in the spirit of "prickishness” and boredom I will let the poetry of Tupac convey my feelings:
Check this out, you muthafuckas know what time it is I don't even know why I'm on this track ya'll nigguz ain't even on my level I'ma let my little homies ride on you bitch made-ass bad boy bitches, deal with it!!
Seriously, I hope all of those who where upset can find some empathy in my apathy.
